Brian Kane, CPA is a renowned consultant and tax advisor as well as a sought after mediator in many negotiations relating to business, buy-ins and buy-outs, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kane is a native Washingtonian, and earned his B.S. in Accountancy from George Mason University. He has advanced education in both the tax and health care fields, to go along with over twenty-five years of experience in both. As a result, he has developed a strong network of strategic alliances with other professionals who also focus on the success of private practices. He is an expert on assisting clients with setting up their practices efficiently and effectively in order to maximize profitability. 

He is an active member of the Virginia Society for Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Kane gives back to the community by supporting many philanthropic initiatives along with his daughter, Elizabeth, and serves on the Board of Directors for MEDDENTS Healthcare Business Alliance, Inc., and the Global Environmental Technology Foundation
