BJ Kane & Co. is proud to introducing our partnership with Urban Alliance Norther Virginia. On November 1st we were excited to meet our intern at the Fall Kick-Off held at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia. Urban Alliance was invited to bring out signature High School Internship Program to Northern Virginia youth in 2013. Since then, Urban Alliance has partnered with Northern Virginia businesses to connect more than 300 high school students to paid, professional internships, and provided career-readiness training to an additional 900 through community workshops. Currently, the Northern Virginia program works with 24 businesses to serve students from five high schools in Alexandria and Arlington.

In 2016, Urban Alliance Northern Virginia partnered with Fairfax County Public Schools to bring year-long workforce readiness training to high school juniors through the new High School Internship Preparatory Program.

We are excited to provide a educational experience for the youth in our community.
